“It is with heavy hearts that we inform you Twirl’s Scottsdale location has closed. Twirl has made every effort to keep its doors open to the point of attempting to acquire new investors to assist in some of the debt service of the company. Unfortunately, Twirl was informed late Friday that new financing is not coming through. Please know that we are emailing instead of calling all of you because this is an extremely emotional time. Unforeseen circumstances such as having to discount our products to stay competitive in a down economy, compromising profit margins to market product, and large corporate competition moving in, have put Twirl in an impossible financial position. Therefore, Twirl does not have the ability to continue to operate. We will be emailing our customers directly in an attempt to help them receive their dresses from the manufacturer. We have loved working with all of you for so many years, and are devastated to be in this situation and to be sending this email. We have felt so welcomed and supported in the Arizona wedding industry, and will miss it and all of you dearly.”
Brides, please remain hopeful, as it looks like Twirl is doing their best to do right by you. Keep us posted, though, in case you need help!
